Once you have finalized the product, branding and shipping mode, you can confirm the order with the sales team. Once you place your order, within 48 hours you will receive the product branding preview (if applicable) based on your logo and product selected. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it or make suggestions for changes and improvements (all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for artwork and preview). Once you have approved the branding mockup we will go into production. We do not take anything into production without your approval!
Dispatch time will be shared by the sales team while confirming the order. This is the number of working days it takes to produce & brand your selected items after you’ve confirmed the order. We usually dispatch orders within 7-15 working days. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. As part of the ordering, we will share the shipping charges for surface and air shipments.
